- Exercise daily to boost circulation, decrease stress and stimulate your telomeres;
- Avoid the use of cortisol – topical or oral. There are multiple natural inflammatories available and one of the best is curcumin from turmeric.
- Ensure you are getting adequate antioxidants. Eating a fresh food diet will substantially help with this. Green tea and brewed coffee are a great source of antioxidants also.
- Control inflammation wherever it is occurring in the body. Remember the more overweight you are the more inflamed your body will be. I recommend turmeric as a good anti-inflammatory. It is excellent for all acute and chronic injuries or inflammatory health problems.
