Glowing skin. We all want it and it’s the one thing you can’t buy off the shelf. With the help of *hrmm hrmm* Bean Body and some other useful tips, we will have you glowing like sailor moon in no time.

Tip NO 1

Use Bean Body obviously. Legit, our product is filled with that much great stuff. Give yourself a scrub and yass queen you will be on your way to glowing.

Tip NO 2

Water, water, water. As well as having many other benefits, drinking about 2 litres of water a day will help to keep your skin hydrated and balance hormones to reduce pimples, amongst other things. Basically, water is great.

Tip NO 3

You are what you eat. If you are eating a lot of processed and sugary foods it will show in your skin. Unless you are down with pimples we suggest that you should not be DTS (down to sugar). These processed foods make your insulin upset. Upset insulin means saggy skin and wrinkles. Let’s try not to upset insulin. As always, a balanced diet is going to keep your body and skin happiest.

Tip NO 4

Take off makeup before bed. That old chestnut. Most makeup contains sugary molecules that can grow into yeast overnight. Yikes, sounds like a bread recipe. Let’s try keeping bread recipes out of our pores and allowing our skin breathe by washing away our makeup

Tip NO 5

Get enough beauty sleep, literally. The body needs enough time to replenish cells and release toxins during shut-eye time. Not to mention important hormones are being produced which help with skin appearance and pH levels. Don’t mess with sleep, try and get the recommended 7-9 hours and maintain your glow.
